Custom Items

All custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom items include (but are not limited to) products made to order, modified to customer specifications, or personalised in any way.

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Stocked (Non-Custom) Items

Stocked, non-custom items may be returned subject to approval.

Approved returns of stocked items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

Manufacturing defects are not handled as returns, but are covered under the applicable warranty.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue so we can assess it under warranty.
